Jake (super knowledgeable and passionate) came to our home to assess, advise and give an estimate. Scheduling was a breeze. And then it was installation day. Giorgio and Juan are the absolute best for several reasons: They are talented and they pay attention to the details. Their work is impeccable. And they are both very friendly and kind. Great guys – trustworthy and dependable. Good communication. No complaints whatsoever. I'm very, very pleased with this company, their employees and their product.

The process of my Hello Garage transformation was fantastic from beginning to end. Between the first call and the consultation I received a brochure in the mail to fully prepare me and help me begin to make decisions. The consultation was very informative and Daniel helped me make decisions! The installation was done with care and looks absolutely beautiful. I am so happy with the final product!

Hello Garage has been amazing with their professionalism, communication, and making this whole process seamless as first time homeowners. I was able to get measurements at an evening time, which helps with my work schedule, by Daniel. He was fast, diligent, experienced and responds promptly. He was able to answer questions and gives a 3D layout of different options that work for our family. He did it without pushing with a whole sales pitch!   For the installation process, everything was on plan and as expected with great communication between all parties. The Dream team (Glenn and Johnny) left a voicemail the day before their arrival and were professional and informative. As soon as the team arrived they worked diligently and collaborated really well while bouncing back on different ideas with me. They were able to reassure me with different plans without any frustration and emotion and I truly felt comfortable expressing any concern or worry without them making me feel guilty. After years of having to deal with plastic floor tiles, we decided to give our garage a facelift. After checking Hello Garage' website, I had absolutely no apprehension to have them do the garage floor. After setting an installation date, they were able to come out earlier than scheduled. The job was done in two days and with the exception of a few minor spots needing attention, the floor turned out beautifully. They were quick to return for the touch-up and we're completely satisfied. Communication throughout the entire process was great!

Working with Hello Garage was very positive! I got in touch online and Daniel reached out right away to schedule time for a free estimate and walk over all my options. On the installation day, Giorgio, Andrei and Alex came right on time and completed the installation. I then need a few modifications on the floor to make it smoother, and the owner Sid was very responsive and helped schedule a follow up to ensure I got the floor I wanted. Giorgio and Andrei were kind enough to come back for a follow up visit and help sand and recoat to achieve a smoother floor. Thanks to the Hello Garage team, we can now use our garage for various purposes, and not just to park the car!
