On the installation day, Giorgio, Andrei and Alex came right on time and completed the installation. I then need a few modifications on the floor to make it smoother, and the owner Sid was very responsive and helped schedule a follow up to ensure I got the floor I wanted. Giorgio and Andrei were kind enough to come back for a follow up visit and help sand and recoat to achieve a smoother floor.
